CHANGES TO THE BOARD
ARB Holdings Limited wishes to inform shareholders that Alan R
Burke, the founder and majority shareholder of ARB Holdings
Limited, will be retiring from the Board as a director and
Chairman, effective 30 April 2019, having dedicated 39 years to
the Group.
The Board and management would like to thank Alan for 39 years
of dedicated service and commitment in creating and guiding the
Group from its humble beginnings. The board wishes Alan well in
his retirement.
The Board will initiate the process of identifying and
appointing a successor to Alan and will advise shareholders in
due course.
