RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewals of the cautionary
announcement, the last of which was dated 29 January 2019 and are
advised that Huge remains in discussions in respect of potential strategic
acquisitions which, if pursued, would constitute, on an aggregated basis,
a category 2 transaction.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement
is made.
