NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST: SECTION 122
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Reunert shareholders are advised that the Company has received a
notification that PSG Asset Management Proprietary Limited ("PSG") has acquired a beneficial interest in
Reunert securities such that PSG now holds 5.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of Reunert, on behalf
of multiple investors.
