Shareholders are advised that the announcement released on SENS on 21
November 2018 relating to the on-market sale of ordinary shares pursuant to
the exercise of nil cost options awarded under the Growthpoint Staff
Incentive Scheme by Mr R G Pienaar on 20 November 2018, was in fact a
purchase of 112,693 ordinary shares at a price of R23.71 and a total
consideration of R2,671,951.03.
All other information remains unchanged.
