CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that:
- Catherine Radowsky has resigned as the chief executive officer of the company with effect from 12 March
2019. Catherine, who will remain the chief executive officer of the company's subsidiaries, Queenspark
Proprietary Limited and Queenspark Distribution Centre Proprietary Limited, has served the company with
distinction and the board would like to thank her for her years of service and valuable contribution;
- Catherine Lloyd (BA LLB (UCT)) has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the company in her
stead. Catherine is a commercial attorney experienced in mining, property, water related infrastructure and
other investment sectors. We look forward to Catherine's contribution to the company and welcome her to
the board of directors.
