FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on SENS on Monday, 21 January 2019
wherein KayDav indicated that earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share
("HEPS") for the year ended 31 December 2018 would exceed the 6.0 cents per share for the year
ended 31 December 2017, an increase of at least 80%.
KayDav is now in a position to advise shareholders that EPS and HEPS for the year ended
31 December 2018 is anticipated to be between 14.6 cents per share and 15.8 cents per share.
Compared to EPS and HEPS of 6.0 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2017, this
represents an increase between 143% and 163% respectively.
The information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
KayDav's auditors.
The financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018 are anticipated to be released on or about
20 March 2019.
