RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Board
of Directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms Lee-Anne Parenzee
("Lee-Anne"), has resigned as company secretary of the Company with effect from
30 June 2019.
The process of identifying a suitable replacement will commence and shareholders will be
advised as soon as such appointment has been made.
The Board would like to thank Lee-Anne for her valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
