APPOINTMENT OF MOORE STEPHENS INC AS AUDITORS
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Huge (the Board)
has appointed Moore Stephens Inc as the external auditors of record for
the Company and its subsidiaries (the Group). The appointment will take
effect from Monday, 18 March 2019.
The audit services of BDO South Africa Inc, the Group's present external
auditors of record, have been terminated with effect from Friday, 15
March 2019. BDO South Africa Inc were first appointed as external
auditors in 2012 and have now conducted seven audits for the Group.
The Board is of the view that given considerations such as mandatory
audit rotation the change of external auditors is appropriate.
The Board wishes to thank BDO South Africa Inc for the services it has
provided to the Group over the last seven years.
