CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Primeserv announces the reappointment of Mr Michael Judin to the Board as an
independent non-executive director. This appointment is intended to assist the Company
with its corporate governance at a time when we seek to find suitable individuals that will add
further skills and value to the governance of the Group in line with Primeserv's
transformation strategy. Mr Judin will assume the role of Chairman of the Company during
this time. This appointment is with immediate effect.
