intu properties plc announces that it has published its Annual Report and Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Annual Report") at
https://www.intugroup.co.uk/en/investors/annual-report-2018/
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.1 of the FCA Listing Rules, a copy of the Annual Report has
been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection
at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
The Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 and ancillary documents, together
with hard copies of the Annual Report, will be made available to shareholders in due course.
Information required in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule
6.3.5 was included in the Preliminary Results announcement released on 20 February 2019.
