CONCLUSION OF ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN OCEANA FROM TIGER BRANDS
Further to the announcements released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 24
January 2019 and 1 March 2019 regarding the proposed acquisition by Brimstone of 8 000 000 Oceana
Group Limited ordinary shares from Tiger Brands Limited (the "Transaction"), Brimstone shareholders
are advised that the Transaction was successfully completed on 20 March 2019. The Transaction
increases Brimstone's shareholding in Oceana from 16.98% to 22.88%.
