RESIGNATION OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board announces the resignation of the Company Secretary, Nonqaba Cecilia Katamzi, with effect
from March 31, 2019.
The Board and management team would like to thank Nonqaba for her valuable contribution and
support during the 10 years of service with Group Five.
The Board will be commencing the search for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy and will revert in
due course.
