APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHAIRPERSON
The board of directors of EOH ("board") has appointed independent non-executive director Jesmane Boggenpoel as interim
chairperson, until such time that the board appoints a permanent independent non-executive chairperson. The nominations
committee has started the process of interviewing candidates to fill the vacancies on the board. The board composition,
after the required appointments, will be in line with the King IV requirements which make provision for a majority of
independent non-executive directors, lead independent director and independent chairperson.
