CHANGES TO THE SOCIAL, ETHICS AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE (SES
COMMITTEE)
In compliance with section 3.59 (c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised:
Non-executive director, Andries Willem Brink has stepped down as chairman and
member of the SES Committee with immediate effect.
Independent non-executive director Akhter Alli Deshmukh, a member of the SES
Committee, has been appointed as chairman of the SES Committee with alternate
executive director Eddie George Dixon being appointed as a member of the SES
Committee with immediate effect.
The Board regards these changes as a more effective distribution of directors'
committee duties, as Mr Brink serves as chairman of both the audit and risk
committees.
