COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF A SELF STORAGE PROPERTY IN
WEYBRIDGE, UNITED KINGDOM
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 11 March 2019, in terms of
which shareholders were advised that Stor-Age, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Betterstore
Properties UK Limited ("Betterstore"), had entered into an agreement, in terms of which Betterstore
would acquire 100% of the issued share capital of The Storage Pod Limited (the "Acquisition").
Shareholders are hereby advised that all completion arrangements in respect of the Acquisition have
been satisfied. Accordingly, the Acquisition is effective as of 26 March 2019.
The Acquisition is not a categorised transaction in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements and is
therefore not subject to shareholder approval. This announcement is voluntary and for information
purposes only.
