TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the voluntary trading statement released on SENS on 12 February 2019, indicating that
the earnings per share ("EPS") for the year ended 31 December 2018 for continuing operations was anticipated to be
between 3% higher and 16% lower than the restated EPS from continuing operations. Headline earnings per share
("HEPS") for the year ended 31 December 2018 from continuing operations was anticipated to be between 3%
higher and 16% lower than the restated HEPS from continuing operations and the adjusted headline earnings per
share ("AHEPS") was anticipated to be between 5% higher and 14% lower compared to the restated AHEPS from
continued operations.
Shareholders are advised that the EPS, HEPS and AHEPS numbers for the year ended 31 December 2018 have been
updated and the table below includes the financial information in respect of the total operations of the Company.
The restated comparatives following the classification of Capricorn Fund Managers Malta Limited as a discontinued
operation have also been updated:
