In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, Shareholders are hereby informed that the board of the
company has appointed Mr. Huigao Guo as non – executive director to the
Wesizwe board with effect from 1 April 2019.
Mr. Huigao Guo has extensive experience in mining and holds a Masters
degree in Mining Engineering. The board of the company congratulates Mr.
Guo on his appointment.
