TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a
trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the
next period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.
NUT is currently finalising its results for the period ended 28 February 2019. In this regard,
shareholders are advised that the Company expects earnings per share ("EPS") and headline
earnings per share ("HEPS") for the period ended 28 February 2019 to be at least 20% higher
relative to the prior comparative period.
NUT will publish a more detailed trading statement in due course.
