CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 2 April 2019, Ms Keneiloe Sibisi has been
appointed to the board of directors of the Company ("the Board") as an independent non-executive
director and chairperson of the social and ethics committee of the Company.
Ms Sibisi is a supply chain specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the financial
services, petroleum and logistics industries. She is skilled in negotiation, supply chain
optimisation, operations management, warehouse operations, people management, vendor management
and corporate governance.
The Board welcomes Ms Sibisi to the Company and looks forward to her contribution.
As a result of the resignation of Mr Paul Nkuna as announced on SENS on Monday,
1 April 2019, Ms Tinyiko Mhlari, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed
as the lead independent non-executive director of Anchor in his stead.
