CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that independent non-executive director, Keneilwe Moloko, and member of the Transformation,
Social and Ethics Committee, has resigned from the board of directors of Attacq ("the board") with effect from
2 April 2019 to dedicate more time to other commitments.
The board thanks Ms Moloko for her contribution to the company during her period of service and wishes her well in
her future endeavours.
