FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 19 February 2019 and
subsequent related communications, relating to the internally-initiated investigation into public sector
contracts. Investigations are expected to be completed by 31 May 2019, with a report being made available
thereafter.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a further announcement is made.
