Shareholders are referred to the stock exchange announcement released on the JSE on 18
January 2019, whereby Murray & Roberts' subsidiary Clough, part of the Salini Clough Joint
Venture ("the Joint Venture"), had been selected as preferred tenderer for the multi-billion
Australian dollar civil works packages for the Snowy 2.0 project.
Murray & Roberts is now pleased to confirm that the Joint Venture has officially been
appointed as the contractor for the Snowy 2.0 project, with Clough's share of the scope of
work valued at approximately AU$1,8 billion over an estimated period of five years.
