NOTES, WARRANTS AND CERTIFICATES IN RELATION TO THE NOTE, WARRANT AND
CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME (the "Programme")
The Issuers prepared the fifth supplement dated 1 April 2019 (the "Fifth
Supplement in respect of Notes") which is supplemental to, and should
be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 5 June 2018 (the
"Base Prospectus in respect of Notes"), in respect of Notes issued under
the Programme.
The Issuers prepared the fifth supplement dated 1 April 2019 (the "Fifth
Supplement in respect of Warrants") which is supplemental to, and should
be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 5 June 2018 (the
"Base Prospectus in respect of Warrants"), in respect of Warrants issued
under the Programme.
The Issuers prepared the fifth supplement dated 1 April 2019 (the "Fifth
Supplement in respect of Certificates") which is supplemental to, and
should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 5 June 2018
(the "Base Prospectus in respect of Certificates"), in respect of
Certificates issued under the Programme.
The Fifth Supplement in respect of Notes, the Fifth Supplement in respect
of Warrants and the Fifth Supplement in respect of Certificates are
collectively referred to as the "Supplements".
