FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - DISPOSAL OF INVESTMENT IN TORRE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by
Torre Industries Limited ("Torre") on the Stock Exchange News
Service earlier today wherein Torre shareholders were advised
that the conditions precedent to the Scheme had been fulfilled
and the scheme of arrangement ("Scheme") is therefore
unconditional.
The effective date of the disposal of Stellar Capital's 57%
interest in the issued shares of Torre will be the operative
date of the Scheme, which is expected to be 23 April 2019.
