CHANGES TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Messrs Sello Moloko, Thabo Leeuw and Oliver Peterson ("Directors") have resigned from
their positions as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect.
The board of directors of AEP would like to thank the Directors for their contributions to the Company
and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
