CHANGE STATEMENT TO INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Unaudited Interim Condensed Consolidated Results for the Six
Months Ended 31 August 2018 published on SENS on 28 February 2019 and are advised that the
Company has identified an error in the published results due to the weighted average shares in issue
being 266 207 381 as opposed to 252 131 973 as published. The loss per share and headline loss per
share should be 1.12 cents per share as opposed to the previously published 1.18 cents per share.
There was also an error in the number of shares in issue being 268 265 547 as opposed to the previously
published of 374 265 547.
