In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
shareholders are hereby informed of the appointment of Mr. Khathutshelo Mapasa ("K2") as
an independent non-executive director with effect from 10 April 2019.
K2 will become a member of the audit and risk committee, remuneration committee as well as
the nomination committee.
