In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
the Company has received formal notification from Newshelf 702 (Pty) Ltd, who have notified
Clientele that they have acquired a direct beneficial interest of 0.47% of the total issued
shares of Clientele during the period 26 March 2019 to 10 April 2019.
Newshelf 702 (Pty) Ltd total direct beneficial interest in the Company now amounts to
30.05% of the total issued shares.
