DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008, shareholders are advised that Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("Investec"), on behalf of
its segregated clients, has notified Delta that it has acquired an interest in the securities of the Company, such
that the total beneficial interest held by Investec, on behalf of its segregated clients, amounts to 5.2505% of
the total issued Delta securities.
The required notice has been filed with the Takeover Regulations Panel.
