WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewals of the cautionary
announcement, the last of which was dated 12 March 2019.
Shareholders are advised that Huge Group is no longer involved in the
discussions in respect of a potential strategic acquisition which, if
pursued, would have constituted a category 2 transaction.
Huge Group continues to pursue its acquisitive growth strategy and will
update shareholders of any developments in this regard, in line with the
JSE Listings Requirements.
Accordingly, shareholders are no longer advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company's securities.
