Shareholders are advised that Tasja Kodde has resigned as company secretary with effect from 12 April 2019.
Peter de Villiers has been appointed as the interim company secretary until such time as a new company secretary
has been appointed.
The board wishes to thank Tasja for her contribution to Attacq and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
