CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT: DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES SECTION 122
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published by the Company earlier
today in terms of which shareholders were advised that the Company received formal
notification in the prescribed form from Nadeson Investments Proprietary Limited, an
associate of Dr Hassan Adams ("Dr Adams"), advising that it has disposed of a beneficial
interest in securities of the Company.
For the avoidance of doubt shareholders are however advised that Dr Adams and all of his
associates, including Nadeson, still hold 9.35% of the Company's total issued ordinary share
capital.
