TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and Regulation of the
Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are advised that the Company has received
notification from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited ("Coronation") on behalf
of Coronation Group (on behalf of its clients) of the disposal by Coronation of Master Drilling
shares, such that Coronation now holds 3.95% (previously 5.07%) of the Company's issued
shares.
