APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 4 September 2018, wherein
shareholders were advised that Acorim Proprietary Limited ("Acorim") had been appointed as Efficient's
acting company secretary until such time as a permanent appointment was made.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Acorim has been appointed as Efficient's permanent company secretary with effect from
17 April 2019.
