EXTENSION OF TIME FOR POSTING OF ACQUISITION CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 March 2019 to the
effect that the JSE has granted the Company a further extension to the 60-day period for
the posting of a circular to shareholders regarding the subscription by Adrenna for 2 000 000
convertible, redeemable preference shares in the East Sydney Day Hospital Limited
("ESDH"). ESDH is based in Australia.
Shareholders are advised that the preparation and audit of the ESDH financials in
accordance with full IFRS is on-going and the JSE has accordingly granted the Company a
further extension of time to 30 June 2019, for the required acquisition circular to be posted
to shareholders.
