Shareholders are advised that Kilgetty Statutory Services (Pty) Ltd has resigned as company
secretary with immediate effect. The process to appoint a suitable replacement will commence
shortly and shareholders will be advised when such an appointment is made.
In addition, Ms GP Dingaan, currently an independent non-executive director, is not offering
herself for re-election as a director at SA Corporate's annual general meeting to be held on 28
May 2019 and will be retiring with effect from the same date.
