RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited and due to the restructuring
of the Company which is in process, the board of directors of Gold Brands ("the Board") hereby advises its
shareholders that Ms Efpraxia Nathanael ("Praxia") has resigned as an Chief Executive Officer of the Board
with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Praxia for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
