In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Ms Daleen Oosthuizen has resigned as acting Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. The
board thanks her for her contribution.
Wearne has begun the process of finding a replacement Chief Financial Officer.
