CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement on 11 December 2018, in which Mr Andrew Hannington ("Andrew") was
appointed as an alternative director to Mr Elliot Salkow.
As of 4 April 2019, Andrew ceased to be Mr Salkow's alternate director.
The board of directors wishes to thank Andrew for his contribution to the Company.
