CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board
of Directors of NVest advises that Mr Glenn Orsmond has advised the Company that he will
be resigning as Financial Director with effect from 1 June 2019 as he will be relocating back
to Johannesburg.
The board of directors would like to thank Glenn for his contribution to the Company.
The Company will commence with the process of appointing a new Financial Director and
shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.
