Following the accreditation by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") of PricewaterhouseCoopers
Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe) ("PwC Zimbabwe"), the Company is pleased to inform shareholders that
PwC Zimbabwe has been appointed as the JSE's accredited auditors to the Company with effect from
26 March 2019. PwC Zimbabwe has been part of the Brainworks Group statutory auditors since December
2016.
The board of directors of Brainworks would like to take this opportunity to thank PricewaterhouseCoopers
Inc. of South Africa for the years of service as the Company's JSE accredited auditors.
