DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF TRENCOR SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), shareholders are advised that Sanlam Investment
Management (Pty) Ltd, acting as agent of its clients, has formally notified the Company
that its total beneficial interest in the Company has increased from 4,98% to 5,15%.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
