Shareholders of Oceana are advised that Mr Lawrence Mac Dougall and Mr Noel Doyle have resigned as
directors to the board of directors of Oceana ("Board"), effective 30 April 2019.
The Board would like to thank Lawrence and Noel for their support and valued contributions during their
respective Board tenures and wish them well with their future endeavors.
