RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Dr Norman Victor Maharaj
("Dr Maharaj"), resigned as independent non-executive director of the Company with effect
from 30 April 2019.
Accordingly Dr Maharaj resigned as chairman of the remuneration and nomination committee
and also as member of the audit and risk and social and ethics committee.
The Board would like to thank Mr Maharaj for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
