REDEMPTION OF AMB198 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT
In terms of paragraphs 24(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 29 April 2019 was
greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption and
termination. Accordingly, the AMB198 note will be suspended from trading effective 07 May 2019 and redeem early and
automatically terminate with effect from 13 May 2019.
