In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 ("Act")
and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are
informed that Sappi received the following notification on 06 May 2019 :
- acquisition of shares by Fairtree Asset Management (Pty) Ltd on behalf of its
clients, such that Fairtree's total beneficial interest in the Company as of 06 May
2019 has increased to 5.0095% of the issued capital of the Company.
