Further to the announcement made by the Company on 25 April 2019 whereby the Board
of Directors of NVest ("the Board") advised that Mr Glenn Orsmond will be resigning as
Financial Director with effect from 1 June 2019, the Board now advises that Mr Orsmond has
informed the Company that he has vacated his role with effect from 1 May 2019 to return
to the aviation industry.
The Company has commenced and prioritized the process of appointing a new Financial
Director and shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.
