APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD
Bondholders are advised that the Minister of Transport, Dr BE Nzimande, has appointed Mr Prasanth
Mohan as a non-executive director of the board of SANRAL ("Board"), effective 1 April 2019.
Mr Mohan, who currently holds a position of Chief Director: Road Infrastructure and Industry
Development at the Department of Transport, succeeds Mr Chris Hlabisa as the representative of the
Department of Transport on the Board.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Hlabisa for his contribution to the Company during
his tenure and welcomes Mr Mohan to the Board.
