The Company announces that, with immediate effect, John Daly, has stepped down from the Audit
and Risk Committee. The Audit and Risk Committee is now constituted as follows:
• Chris Rogers (Chair);
• Carol Arrowsmith;
• Thembalihle Hixonia Nyasulu; and
• Gawad Abaza.
John Daly remains on the Board and Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
