RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr.
Kevin Fihrer has resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 31 May
2019 in order to pursue his personal interests.
The board of Adcorp will commence the process of identifying a suitable replacement candidate
and shareholders will be advised as soon as such an appointment has been made.
The board of directors extends their appreciation to Mr. Fihrer for his contribution to Adcorp and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
